Further analysis using multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression, after adjusting the baseline variables (including age, current smokers, LVEF < 40%, atrial fibrillation, MAP, sodium, uric acid, albumin, cystatin C, hemoglobin, RDW, D-dimer, free triiodothyronine, log NT-pro BNP, eGFR, NYHA functional grade, the results showed that BUN/Scr ratio ≥ 25. This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and atrial fibrillation.
