Interestingly, we treated BCCE4[G] or BCCE4[A] cell models with 4‐ABP, a critical tobacco smoke carcinogen in human bladder cancer,[33, 34] and found that compared with BCCE4[A], BCCE4[G] could significantly upregulate lncRNA BCCE4 expression levels after exposure to 4‐ABP. The gene discussed is EMSLR; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
