RAPGEF5 and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: After 3 months, obvious metastatic lesions in the liver were observed in the control group, and no obvious intrahepatic metastatic lesions were found in the sh-Circ-RAPGEF5 group (Fig. 3G, H, I). This result suggested that knocking down Circ-RAPGEF5 in ICC cells resulted in inhibition of their invasive and metastatic capabilities in vivo.
