The target genes of hsa-mir-376a-1_49g were enriched in many cancer-related pathways, including “Transcriptional misregulation in cancer”, “Small cell lung cancer”, “Prostate cancer”, “Pathways in cancer”, “p53 signaling pathway”, “Non-small cell lung cancer”, “Melanoma”, “Glioma”, “Endometrial cance”, “Colorectal cancer”, “Chronic myeloid leukemia” and “Breast cancer” (Supplementary Fig. S6A). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
