UROS and polycystic ovary syndrome: The results showed that 30 mycobiota functions, including L-threonine kinase (pfdr <0.001), cobalt-precorrin-5B (C(1))-methyltransferase (pfdr <0.001), precorrin-3B C(17)-methyltransferase (pfdr <0.001), uroporphyrinogen-III synthase (pfdr <0.001), dextransucrase (pfdr <0.001), ceramide glucosyltransferase (pfdr <0.001), sorbitol-6-phosphate 2-dehydrogenase (pfdr <0.001), and cobalt-precorrin-8 methylmutase (pfdr <0.001), were significantly enriched in the gut mycobiota of PCOS group compared with the healthy group (Fig. 6).
