The serum hormone levels of PCOS patients, including luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TCHO), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), and fasting insulin (FSlns), were also determined for PCOS diagnosis (Table 1).
