In prostate cancer, m6A modification level was upregulated, and the expression levels of METTL3 (Chen et al., 2021b), METTL14 (Barros-Silva et al., 2020), VIRMA (Barros-Silva et al., 2020), RNA binding motif protein 15 (RBM15), HNRNPC, HNRNPA2B1, YTHDC2, YTHDF1 (Liu et al., 2022c) and YTHDF2 (Li et al., 2020) increased. This evidence concerns the gene YTHDF2 and prostate cancer.
