CD4 and neoplasm: As shown in Fig. 4A, EXOSC10 has a significant positive correlation with tumor purity (r = 0.092, P = 8.91e−02), B cells (r = 0.263, P = 7.515e−07), CD8+ T cells (r = 0.275, P = 2.26e−07), CD4+ T cells (r = 0.34, P = 9.33e−11), macrophages (r = 0.434, P = 4.00e−17), neutrophils (r = 0.451, P = 1.08e−18), and dendritic cells (r = 0 .421, P = 4.61e−16) in HCC.
