In this study, we havescreened a huge library and identified a drug compound name (2R,3R)-7-(Methylsulfonyl)-3-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrido [1,2-a]benzimidazol-2-aminium (Mefluhybenamine) that is showing an excellent binding score with two main proteins participatingin the case of lung cancers are Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 and Cyclin-Dependent Protein Kinase-2. This evidence concerns the gene IGF1 and lung cancer.
