TF and liver disorder: In this well‐characterized cohort of adult HFI patients, both the food questionnaire and the transferrin glycosylation pattern had high discriminative power to distinguish HFI from non‐HFI patients, which makes them suitable instruments to screen for HFI in selected populations, e.g. in children with presumed food allergies, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and/or unexplained abdominal complaints and liver disease.
