CTNNB1 and breast carcinoma: Despite that, the genes that are upregulated or downregulated in the presence of constitutively active CTNNB1 are enriched in non-responders in GEO datasets (Figures 3A, B), CTNNB1 exhibited a significant predictive value in the ROC analysis (Figure 3D), and high expression of the CTNNB1 was associated with decreased relapse-free survival in ER+/HER2- breast cancer patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy (Figure 3E).
