Finally, our dataset did not have information on KRAS mutation subtypes, PD-L1, or information on STK11/KEAP1 which may be useful in better understanding the differences in the higher prevalence of KRAS mutations in HR+ NSCLC in both genders and HR+ KRAS mutant females having a significantly higher TMB than males.
