There was a significantly higher prevalence of TP53 mutations in HR- NSCLC vs. HR+ NSCLC (53.89% vs. 42.54%; p<0.0001, q <0.0001); larger differences were seen in males (HR-: 57.72% vs. HR+ 40.22%; p<0.0001, q<0.0001) compared to females (HR-: 49.69% vs. HR+: 43.91%, p=0.0676, q = 0.1082) (Table 5, Figure 2A). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
