KRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma: There was a higher prevalence of KRAS mutations in HR+ NSCLC (35.26% vs. 25.03%, p<0.0001, q <0.001), seen in both females (HR+: 38.80% vs. HR- 20.47%, p<0.0001, q<0.0001) and males (HR+: 29.19% vs. HR-: 21.29%, p<0.0001, q <0.0001) (Table 5, Figure 2B).
