All Figures show enhanced production of reduced Fe2+ cytochrome c. The enhanced electron flux to cytochrome c from unbalanced PKCδ/Retinoid molecule signalosome increases spectacularly the Raman signal of the reduced cytochrome in cancer cells, because the reduced cytochrome (Fe2+) has much higher intensity of the Raman bands than the oxidized cytochrome c (Fe3+)13. This evidence concerns the gene PRKCD and cancer.
