As shown in Table 1, seven of the 11 proteins (CCR6, HLA-DPA1, HLA-DRB1, IFNGR2, C5, ATP2A1 and FEN1) showed strong evidence of colocalisation with RA (PP.H4 > 0.8) and could be candidate drug target genes. The gene discussed is HLA-DRB1; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
