Among them, RUNX1 was relatively more highly expressed than the other two RUNX genes (Supplemental Fig. 1A), and the significant difference in RUNX1 expression between tumor and para-tumor tissues excluded the role of RUNX2 and RUNX3 (Supplemental Fig. 1B-C), suggesting the importance of abundant RUNX1.
