MTOR and colorectal cancer: Taken together, ROMA and IPA analyses indicate that SGG UCN34 can interfere with several pro-tumoral signaling pathways, such as MAPK, mTOR and integrin/ILK/actin cytoskeleton pathways (Fig. 3b, Figs. S4, S5) which in turn can contribute to colorectal cancer growth acceleration as well as pre-cancerous transformation of the colon epithelium.
