The KEGG analysis showed that these 14 genes are mainly enriched in the NF-kappa B signaling pathway, human cytomegalovirus infection, Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, IL-17 signaling pathway, and TNF signaling pathway (Figure 7D), indicating that they are closely related to herpes virus infection as well as inflammation and immune response. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and cytomegalovirus infection.
