With regards to obstetric and perinatal outcomes (preeclampsia, stillbirth, APO, and abnormal BNP concentrations in CB), SNF cluster membership probability consistently improved the prediction of preeclampsia over the clinical classification and had a similar performance for perinatal outcomes based on the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC), which was estimated using 2,000-fold bootstrapping to account for overfitting (Figure 7; Table S3).
