SOX2 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma: conducted immunohistochemical analysis on the expression of SOX2 and OCT4 in the tissues of 48 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and found that the expression levels of SOX2 and OCT4 were high in the tissues of patients with partial remission after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but low in the tumor tissues of patients with complete remission after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
