Previous studies have consistently reported that Ecn induced G2/M arrest in esophageal cancer cells, lung cancer cells, and colorectal cancer cells.23, 24, 25 Interestingly, we observed similar phenomena in Ecn-treated BC cells, evidenced by the accumulation of cells in the G2/M phase and the significant reduction of cyclin B1. This evidence concerns the gene CCNB1 and lung cancer.
