The tumor size (Fig. 6N), weight (Fig. 6O), and growth (Fig. 6P) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the expression levels of KIAA1429, RAB27B, and Ki67 in the tumor tissues in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the normal saline control group, while the expression of caspase-3 was significantly higher than that in the control group (Fig. S4B), indicating that rucaparib inhibited tumorigenesis in the CML cells in vivo, suggesting that it may have therapeutic value.
