LUM and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: The results showed that LUM expression in 13 datasets (GSE4412, GSE9891, GSE3494, GSE9893, GSE17536, GSE4475, GSE13507, GSE4271, MGH-glioma, E-DKFZ-1, GSE7849, GSE3143, and GSE17536) was associated with prognosis closely, where LUM was a risk factor in GBM, OV, colorectal cancer, BLCA, LGG, glioma, and KIRC (Supplementary Figures S5A–H), and LUM was a protective factor in DLBC (Supplementary Figure S5I).
