EZH2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: The comparative levels of EZH2 in the tumor section and the normal tissues (n = 24) are shown in Fig. 1A. In most patients (21/24, 87.5%), EZH2 was upregulated in HCC tissues relative to normal adjacent tissues, with a mean ± SEM fold increase of 7.01 ± 1.39 (P < 0.001, Fig. 1B).
