Figure 4 shows that CC cells with high membrane HLA-I expression were associated with higher infiltration of CD8 + T lymphocytes compared to those with low HLA-I expression (Figure 4). In contrast, the number of infiltrating immune cells expressing CD163 and FOXP3 in dysplasia/CC with high HLA-I levels was higher than that in UC (Figure 3B,D). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is dysplasia.
