In the in vivo experiments, we demonstrated that D3T could ameliorate IMQ-induced psoriasis and reduce NLRP3 inflammasome activation, and in the in vitro experiments we demonstrated that D3T could inhibit Th17 cell differentiation and decrease TNF-α-induced NLRP3 inflammasome expression and JNK pathway activation. This evidence concerns the gene NLRP3 and psoriasis.
