We checked the known function of these proteins and found that the RNA-binding proteins, RBM15, RBM15B, and hnRNPU, alongside the transcriptional and chromatin regulators, ETS1, RUNX1, NRF1, NFATC1, and p65, are identified as being involved in cardiac injury, heart development, cardiovascular disease, and inflammation [28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36]. The gene discussed is RBM15B; the disease is cardiovascular disorder.
