The analyses conducted in this study demonstrated the correlation of CXCR2 ligands with important tumor processes such as proliferation, angiogenesis, EMT, and lymph node metastasis, the recruitment of various cells to the tumor microenvironment including Treg cells, neutrophils, MDSCs, CD8+ T cells, NK cells, DCs, and macrophages, and an analysis of macrophage polarization. This evidence concerns the gene CXCR2 and neoplasm.
