We observed a significant increase in Myogenin levels in e-RA when compared with healthy groups (1.68 ± 0.21 e-RA vs. 0.99 ± 0.15 healthy, p < 0.05) and, surprisingly, TOFA also tended to increase Myogenin (1.62 ± 0.29 vs. 1.68 ± 0.21 e-RA, p = ns) (Figure 3A). Here, MYOG is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
