We found increased protein levels of MyoD1 in e-RA (1.09 ± 0.05 e-RA vs. 1 ± 0.04 healthy, p < 0.05) and a downward trend after TOFA (0.96 ± 0.05 vs. 1.09 ± 0.05 e-RA, p = ns) (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene MYOD1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
