We showed that these miRNAs present several target interactions to TNBC and/or breast cancer in general, and regulate cancer driver genes, such as BRCA1, ESR1, PTEN, and AKT1. MiR-141-3p and miR-182-5p were the miRNAs with the most central interactions, directly regulating a higher number of these gene targets. This evidence concerns the gene ESR1 and cancer.
