The levels of expression of the four miRNAs obtained by RT-qPCR in the above analyzed TNBC cases were associated with clinical–pathological parameters of the patients (mean age at diagnosis, tumor size, grade and stage, expression levels of ki67 and p53), patients’ co-morbidities and mean body mass index (BMI) values, as well as with follow-up data (breast cancer recurrence, distant metastasis, and survival status). This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and neoplasm.
