Higher FGF21 concentrations were observed in adolescents with PCOS and NAFLD (n = 7) than in those with PCOS but without NAFLD (n = 32) (198.80 (241.50) vs. 116.80 (84.70) pg/mL, p = 0.028), as shown in Table 5.
