The main strength of the current study is that it is the first study of a new type of non-ablative Solid-State Vaginal Laser (SSVL) treatment on the vaginal epithelium, dyspareunia, sexuality and quality of life in BCSs with atrophy induced by adjuvant aromatase inhibitor therapy and provides preliminary evidence of safety. This evidence concerns the gene CYP19A1 and Atrophy.
