In conclusion, our study has shown that in the large B-cell lymphoma cases where the proliferation index Ki67 is high (˃70%), the IPI score represents an important risk factor predicting mortality, with no statistically significant correlation between Ki67 expression analyzed with the conventional method or AI method and ECOG performance status, or Ann Arbor staging. The gene discussed is MKI67; the disease is B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
