Phascolarctobacterium was significantly negatively correlated with weight (p < 0.05), SOD (p < 0.01), CAT (p < 0.05), and T-AOC (Figure 11C, p < 0.05), which was consistent with the study by Wang et al., who found that Phascolarctobacterium was an essential biomarker in obese patients with T2DM [48]. Here, SOD1 is linked to type 2 diabetes mellitus.
