Additionally, the 2p24.3 location on chromosome 2 (12,000,001–16,500,000) covered many genes, only a portion of which (including MIR3681HG, MIR3125, LOC100506474, LINC00276, LRATD1, NBAS, DDX1, MYCNUT, MYCNOS, MYCN, and GACAT3) have been previously reported in literature, primarily in association with different cancer types.
