SIRT2 and androgen insensitivity syndrome: The result of a ROC analysis showed that serum exosomes SIRT2 was able to effectively discriminate between AIS patients with NIHSS ≥ 4 and those with mild stroke (NIHSS < 4), with a sensitivity of 75.0%, a specificity of 69.6%, and an area under the curve of 0.771 (95% confidence interval: 0.661,0.881).
