The transcription pattern of CDH2 was found to be positively correlated with ALKBJ5 and ELAVL1, while negatively correlated with WTAP, indicating that m6A modification and EMT process have a synergistic effect on malignant transformation, cancer occurrence, and development outcome (Fig. 8), particularly for ovarian cancer.
