Remarkably, the near-median expressers (middle 33%–66% group) of PARP1 in FLT3-negative (wild-type) M4/M5 AML exhibited an 85% improved OS rate (HR = 0.56, p = 0.011) as compared with both the highest and lowest expressing groups (Figure 5C).
