Results showed that the expression of GCLC, SOD1 and SLC7A11 in ML385 treatment groups significantly decreased compared to that of the control groups (Fig 3A and 3B), and the reduced antioxidant capacity (Fig 3C and 3D) re-increased the oxidative stress levels (Fig 3E), resulting in the slowing-down of cancer cell proliferation (Fig 3F and 3G).
