KLF4 and toxoplasmosis: Among them, while 6 terms were also significantly enriched in our existing high-throughput RNA-Seq data set using KLF4-transduced cells (5), “PPAR signaling pathway,” “Arginine and proline metabolism,” and “Toxoplasmosis” were not enriched, suggesting that these terms might be related to regulatory mechanisms of mocetinostat that are independent of upregulation of KLF4 (Supplemental Table 13).
