On average, TER decreased from 793 ± 125 Ω.cm2 (before gliotoxin) to 33.3 Ω.cm2 (after 3 hours of gliotoxin) in CF and from 693 ± 144 Ω.cm2 (before gliotoxin) to 30.6 ± 7.6 Ω.cm2 in CF+CFTR cell layers (Figure 7C). Here, CFTR is linked to cystic fibrosis.
