The GSEA results revealed that a number of immune-related pathways were enriched in samples with high SERPINE1 expression in most cancers, including TNF-α signaling via NF-κB, IFN-γ response, IFN-β response, inflammation response, IL-6-JAK-STAT3 signaling, IL-2-STATA5 signaling, and complement and allograft rejection, indicating a potential relationship between SERPINE1 and cancer immunity (Figure 6A). The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is cancer.
