CRP and orchitis: At the age of 8, P2 presented with severe abdominal pain, chest pain, dyspnea, and orchitis and got convulsion once; their laboratory tests showed elevated WBC (10,580 cells/μL; neutrophils 88%), CRP level (77.2 mg/L), ESR (76 mm/h), and SAA level (83.3 mg/L; normal range: 0–10 mg/L).
