BRD2 and amenorrhea: The multivariate analysis showed that premenopausal state, defined as a physician's diagnosis of amenorrhea lasting <12 months, was not a significant risk factor for CINV, whereas a premenopausal state defined based on serum levels of FSH and E2 (i.e., FSH <40 mIU/mL and E2 ≥20 pg/mL) was associated with a significantly increased incidence of ≥Grade 2 nausea.
