NPPB and pericarditis: 1. Bilateral non-purulent conjunctivitis, rash, or signs of mucocutaneous inflammation2. Shock or hypotension3. Pericarditis, myocardial dysfunction, coronary irregularities measured by higher troponin/NT-proBNP or ECHO results, and valvulitis4. Coagulopathy was identified by irregular PT and PTT and higher d-Dimers5. Acute gastrointestinal issues including abdominal pain, vomiting, or diarrhea
