CCL2 and liver dysplastic nodule: designed a series of multicenter, randomized, and blinded studies, showing that the needling method of harmonizing the spleen and stomach on patients with early DN might inhibit the NF-κB-related pathway by inhibiting the expression of MCP-1, which can improve renal blood flow and GFR, decrease urinary albumin secretion, protect the glomerulus and renal tubules, thus reducing the inflammatory levels and delaying the progress of DN (44, 45).
