In PCOS patient 2, two variants were identified in RNR1, including 750A>G, which has been reported to be associated with brain tumors (28), obesity (31), and PCOS (24), while 1438A>G is associated with obesity (31), type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and PCOS. This evidence concerns the gene NR4A2 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
