CBX3 and cancer: Immunity cycle analysis (Fig. 7A, B) showed that several processes, including step-1 (release of cancer cell antigens), step-3 (priming and activation), step-4 (recruiting CD8+ T cells, T cells, Th1 cells, Th2 cells, Th17 cells, Th22 cells, B cells, Tregs, NK cells, dendritic cells (DCs), neutrophils, macrophages and myeloid-derived suppressor cells), step-6 (recognition of cancer cells), and step-7 (killing of cancer cells), were significantly more active in the KIRC group with high CBX3 expression.
