The proliferative fraction of MHCI&IIhi cells was the strongest predictor of immunotherapy response among epithelial (cancer) cells (Pinteraction = 0.004, FDR = 0.04), whereas the proliferative fraction of CD8+TCF1+T cells was the strongest immunotherapy response predictor overall (Pinteraction = 8 × 10−5, FDR = 0.003). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and cancer.
