Notably, CCNF mutations were particularly frequent in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), mesothelioma (MESO), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), and cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) (Figure S8A). The gene discussed is CCNF; the disease is carcinoma of esophagus.
