In our study, the expression of SVIL was positively correlated with the expression of PDCD1, CD274, CTLA4, and LAG3, which suggests that although in bladder cancer patients, high levels of SVIL are associated with poor prognosis and immune infiltration status, they may have a better response to immune checkpoint treatment and can obtain better benefits from it. Here, CD274 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
