We performed a univariate regression analysis of the variables in the training cohort and found that patients' gender, previous history of smoking and alcohol, degree of tumor differentiation, presence of liver metastases, presence of multisite metastases, best response, NLR, PLR, MLR, CONUT score, SII, serum albumin level, and CA19-9 value were all correlated with patient prognosis (all p < 0.05). The gene discussed is ALB; the disease is neoplasm.
